Jo-Ann Longworth

Jo-Ann Longworth serves as the Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer at Resolute FP Canada Inc. She serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Fibrek Inc., Lake Superior Forest Products Inc., Fibrek U.S. Inc., and Bowater Nuway Mid-States Inc. Ms. Longworth has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Resolute Forest Products Inc. since August 31, 2011. Ms. Longworth served as a Special Advisor to President and Chief Executive Officer of Resolute Forest Products Inc. She served the Chief Accounting Officer of World Color Press Inc. from December 2008 to 2010 and also served as its Senior Vice President since October 2009 until 2010. Prior to joining Quebecor World, Ms. Longworth served as the Chief Financial Officer of Skyservice Business Aviation, Inc. from November 2007 to November 2008. She served as Vice President and Business Finance Director of Rolled Products Americas and Asia in Cleveland, Ohio, United States from August 2003 to 2004. Since August 2003 and again from January 2005 to June 2006, she served as Vice-President for Novelis Inc. Ms. Longworth served as the Principal Accounting Officer of Novelis Inc. and Controller from January 2005 to June 2006. Ms. Longworth served as the Principal Accounting Officer of Novelis Corporation, a subsidiary of Novelis Inc. until June 16, 2006. She joined Alcan Inc. in 1989 and has progressed through a series of financial positions with its several businesses. After starting her career in the Controller's department as Manager of Accounting Research in Montreal, she subsequently served as Controller, North American Foil Products division for Alcan since 1993 before moving to Jamaica three years later as Chief Financial Officer of the bauxite and alumina facilities there. In 2000, Ms. Longworth relocated back to Montreal and served as Financial Director in the Primary Metals Group of Alcan for Quebec and United States. She served as Director of Investor Relations for Alcan from 2002 to 2003. She has been a Director of Fibrek Inc. since May 9, 2012. She served as an Audit Manager at Price Waterhouse. She has been a Member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Quebec since 1984. She is a Chartered Accountant. Ms. Longworth attended Concordia University and McGill University.
