Edward F Lonergan

Edward F. Lonergan, also known as Ed, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Chiquita Brands International Inc. since October 8, 2012. Mr. Lonergan has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Johnsondiversey Holdings Inc. since February 13, 2006. He served as the President of the European region for The Gillette Company from May 2002 to January 2006. He has over 25 years of experience in the consumer products industry. From 1981 to April 2002, he served at The Procter & Gamble Company, where he served a variety of responsibilities including Customer General Management assignments in Europe and the United States. Mr. Lonergan has been a Director of Commercial Markets Holdco, LLC and Chiquita Brands International Inc. since October 2012. He has been a Director at Owens Corning since September 18, 2013. Mr. Lonergan served as a Director of Johnsondiversey Inc. and JohnsonDiversey Holdings, Inc. since February 13, 2006. He served as a Director of Holdco. Mr. Lonergan graduated from Union College of New York in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
