Mr. Davidson has been a Director of the Company since December 2004 and President-Chief Executive Officer of the Company since February 2006. He continues to serve as President-Chief Executive Officer of ABF Freight System, Inc. ("ABF"), a position he has held since February 2003. Mr. Davidson served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from January 2005 until February 2006 and as Vice President of Marketing and Pricing for ABF from August 1997 until February 2003. He was Vice President of Pricing for ABF from April 1982 to August 1997. Between 1972 and 1982, Mr. Davidson served in ABF's Economic Analysis Department as an Analyst, Manager and Director.
