Scott Feldstein is resident in our Washington, DC office and has over 20 years of tax experience. He advises multi-national and smaller companies on strategies to minimize tax and on the taxation of corporate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, internal restructurings, and international transactions. REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS Tax planning, including advising and implementing internal restructurings of US and foreign based multi-national corporations in order to achieve operational and tax efficiencies. Advising on the tax efficient acquisition and disposition of businesses and asset transfers.
