Michael Cutler is resident in our Washington office. His practice encompasses a wide range of corporate and securities transactions and advisory matters, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Cutler served for a number of years as co-chair of the firm’s Corporate, Tax and Benefits umbrella group. He has extensive experience in structuring and implementing complex transactions for the broadcasting, media and telecommunications industries as well as other highly regulated industries. Mr. Cutler also specializes in structuring partnerships, limited liability companies, joint ventures, and similar vehicles.
