Retired in 2004 as the President and COO of Ingram Micro Inc.,
Michael J. Grainger has served as a director of the Company since October 2004. Mr. Grainger served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Ingram Micro, Inc., a technology distributor, from January 2001 to April 2004. From May 1996 to July 2001 he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ingram Micro, and from July 1990 to October 1996 as Vice President and Controller of Ingram Industries, Inc.
