Lauren Clancy

Lauren Clancy is a Principal and Chief Operating Officer of 32 Advisors. Prior to joining 32 Advisors, Ms. Clancy was a Managing Director and Chief of Staff for the Chairman of UBS Investment Bank Americas. In this role she acted as a liaison between the Chairman and other constituencies and was recognized for her leadership, business development and relationship-building skills as well as success in leading cross-divisional / functional teams in the execution of global projects. Over her 13 years with UBS Ms. Clancy strategically advised clients including corporations and private equity firms and maintained relationships with institutional investors and hedge funds in several areas including Leveraged Finance, Syndicated Finance, Capital Markets and Portfolio Management. She was selected to be part of start-up business development teams in London and Tokyo. Ms. Clancy has a deep background originating, structuring and executing complex leveraged capital markets transactions. She is a seasoned lending officer, relationship manager and expert in a variety of transactions including leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, refinancings and recapitalizations. She is a supporter of political empowerment initiatives, investing in women and entrepreneurship and promoting the local community; and, serves nonprofits in these areas. Ms. Clancy graduated from Stanford University with a BA in Economics and holds an MBA from Columbia University
