Glenn Kalnasy has been a director of the Company since 1985. From February 2002 through October 2003, Mr. Kalnasy served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Elan Nutrition Inc., a privately held company. From 1982 to 2003, he was a Managing Director of The Northern Group, Inc. Mr. Kalnasy received a B.S. degree from Southern Methodist University.
