Robert G. Burton is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cenveo Inc. Through December 2002, Mr. Burton was the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Moore Corporation Limited (NYSE, TSX: MCL), a $2.1 billion printing company. Mr. Burton is known for his intense focus on customers and on increasing shareholder value. In addition, he is committed to delivering EPS (earnings per share) growth, improving margins and creating operational synergies. He has never missed a quarter or annual EPS budget in his entire business career. Mr. Burton led Moore through a dramatic turnaround. Costs were significantly reduced; top-tier management talent was recruited; the company leveraged its size to reduce its purchasing expenses; and revenue was increased through the formation of a corporate sales team to cross-sell the company's various print-related products. Mr. Burton's prior experience includes leading former Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.'s portfolio company, World Color Press, Inc. ("World Color"), where he was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the $2.56 billion dollar NYSE listed company. During his nine-year tenure as the senior executive, Mr. Burton led the dramatic turnaround of World Color, culminating in the merger of the company in the fall of 1999 with Quebecor Printing, Inc., creating the world's largest and most profitable printing company, Quebecor World, Inc. Prior to leading World Color, Mr. Burton held a series of senior executive positions at Capital Cities/ABC, including President of ABC Publishing where he was instrumental in turning around its operations from a loss to a major profit contributor. Mr. Burton has also held senior executive positions at CBS and IBM. Mr. Burton received his BS Degree from Murray State University and his MA Degree from Tennessee Technological University. Mr. Burton has been awarded honorary doctorates from the University of Connecticut and Murray State University. Mr. Burton was inducted into the Printing Hall of Fame in 1997.
