Frank Walter

Mr. Frank Walter has been Vice President of Operations of Xoom Corporation since 2009. He runs customer operations, network operations and contact centers. He has led customer operations organizations in both start up and Fortune 500 companies , including functional areas such as call center operations, global vendor management, field operations, professional services, inside sales, account management and accounts receivable. He has had various leadership roles in Enterprise Customer Operations at AT&T, four years as Director of Global Customer Services at Good Technology/Motorola and most recently served as Vice President of Customer Operations at VCA Antech/Eklin Medical Systems. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego.
