Mary Ann Birchfield

Mary Ann Birchfield, Vice President, Controller and Assistant Secretary, is primarily responsible for our financial accounting and reporting. Prior to joining NGP Capital, Ms. Birchfield spent nine years at Range Resources Corporation managing the accounting and treasury functions of their producer finance division. Ms. Birchfield has more than 30 years of diversified experience in financial reporting and cash management of public and private entities. Ms. Birchfield graduated with a B.B.A. in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Birchfield is a member of the Houston Chapter and Texas Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
