Lawrence Duffy

Lawrence Duffy has been practicing law in Palm Beach County and South Florida since 1979. Mr. Duffy began his career as an Assistant Public Defender where he learned all aspects of criminal law and criminal trial practice. While serving as an Assistant Public Defender he worked in the Appellate division where he argued numerous cases before the 4th District Court of Appeal. He also served as the head of several of the felony divisions and Director of Training. In 1985 Lawrence Duffy joined a large regional law firm where he prepared and tried numerous complex civil cases as both assisting and lead counsel in State and Federal Court. While at that firm Mr. Duffy had the opportunity to represent banks, large corporations and individuals He also continued to practice criminal law. In 2001 he joined a group of like minded lawyers in a general practice law firm in West Palm Beach, Florida where he continued to represent clients in criminal and civil actions. Currently, Mr. Duffy practices in Lawrence Duffy, PA where he represents people and companies in a variety of civil lawsuits as well as defends those accused of crimes.
