Matthew C Franker

Matthew Franker is an associate in the firm's corporate and securities practice group. His practice focuses on advising public and private companies in transactional matters, Mr. Franker joined the firm in 2007 after serving as an attorney-adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Corporation Finance. While at the SEC, Mr. Franker worked on a wide variety of transactional and securities compliance matters, with an emphasis on the manufacturing, construction, and financial services industries.
