Caitlin joined Promontory in 2011 from the Financial Services Authority in the United Kingdom, where she managed the banking sector director's office and worked on developing recovery and resolution plans. At the FSA, she also coordinated work on reforms to remuneration practices, and provided both conduct and prudential analysis on the banking sector during the financial crisis. She also served in the general counsel division, working on specific post-crisis issues. Caitlin began her career in Australia and has extensive government experience, having worked in departments such as the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, the Department of Finance and Administration, and the Department of the Environment and Heritage. She has also served as Budget Advisor to the Solomon Islands Government.
