Boone A Knox

Boone A. Knox has been a Trustee of the Company since the merger of Merry Land & Investment Company, Inc., of which he served as Chairman, into the Company in October 1998. Mr. Knox is the Managing Partner of Knox, Ltd. and the Managing Trustee of the Knox Foundation. Mr. Knox is a director of Cousins Properties, Incorporated.
