Prior to joining Promontory, Glen spent more than 20 years at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, most recently as deputy director in the administration division. In that role, he led the division in providing human resources, as well as acquisition, leasing, and corporate services, for the agency. He also chaired the executive committee that developed new HR programs and addressed policy and operational issues, and was HR adviser to the chairman, the FDIC board, and the agency's senior executives. He was deeply involved in the recruiting initiative that almost doubled the FDIC workforce in just over three years.Before joining the FDIC, he was the senior HR, administrative management and information technology official for the United States Department of Agriculture's Federal Crop Insurance Corporation, and before that was an HR manager and staffing specialist at the Office of Personnel Management.
