Todd Flora

Todd is currently the Santa Monica Rent Control Board Commissioner. Previously, Todd was Manager of Corporate Citizenship & Corporate Affairs at IBM, covering all of Southern California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, and Utah. Todd implemented IBM’s grant programs, promoted the company’s corporate responsibility and innovative technology solutions to employees and public/private institutions, and worked with IBM client representatives to build IBM’s Corporate Citizenship narrative to strengthen its public and private sector partnerships. Prior to joining IBM, Todd enjoyed several years in public affairs consulting and public relations, nonprofit advocacy, and government affairs. In addition to his work with LAANE, he sits on the Boards of Heal the Bay and Downtown Santa Monica, Inc., and is a publicly elected member of the Santa Monica Rent Control Board. Todd graduated from the University of Richmond and received a Masters in Political Management from George Washington University. He lives in Santa Monica, CA.
