He served as a Director at US Group Inc. He served as a Director of Rebus Insurance Solutions Ltd. and Eontec. He served as a Non-Executive Director of Equity Insurance Group Limited (formerly Cox Insurance Holdings Plc) since December 4, 2003. He received a B.S.E. in operations research from Princeton University, where he was a Phi Beta Kappa graduate.
