Ms. Song most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of The Haugland Group, LLC, a Plainview, N.Y.- based electrical and heavy civil construction company. Earlier in her career, she spent many years in investment banking and private equity focused on domestic and international infrastructure investments. Ms. Song served for six years as a Commissioner of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, where she chaired the Finance Committee of the Board. She currently serves as a member of the advisory board for McKissack & McKissack Inc., the oldest women and minority-owned professional design and construction firm in the United States and also has served as an original member of the NYISO's Consumer Advisory Council since its inception in 2011. As a member of the NYISO Board, she will relinquish that advisory role. Ms. Song received a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Bryn Mawr College and earned a Master of Business Administration in finance with honors from Fordham University at Lincoln Center in New York.
