Kathleen Foley Feldstein

Kathleen Foley Feldstein has been a director of McClatchy since 2006, joining the Board of Directors upon the close of McClatchy's acquisition of Knight-Ridder, Inc. on June 27, 2006. Ms. Feldstein served on the Knight-Ridder board from 1998 to the date of the acquisition. Since 1987, she has been president of Economics Studies, Inc., a private consulting firm in Massachusetts. She serves on the board of BlackRock Closed End Funds and is chairman of the board of McLean Hospital in Belmont, Mass.
