Hal J Upbin

HAL J. UPBIN has been a director since 2004 and is Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Directors of Kellwood Company, a marketer of apparel and consumer soft goods. From 1999 to January 31, 2006, Mr. Upbin served as Chairman of the Board of Kellwood Company, and from December 1997 through June 2005, he was Chief Executive Officer of Kellwood Company. From 1994 until 1997, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Kellwood Company, and from 1992 until 1994, he was Executive Vice President Corporate Development of Kellwood Company. He served as Vice President Corporate Development of Kellwood Company from 1990 to 1992 and was President of American Recreation Products, Inc., a subsidiary of Kellwood, from 1988 to 1992. Mr. Upbin is also a member of the Board of Trustees for Pace University and a Council Member of Washington University's Olin School of Business.
