Don W Oliphant

Don Oliphant, as a former General Partner of Knott’s Berry Farm, was responsible for broadening the scope of the company and creating opportunities for diversification and growth. He was also the Chairman of Knott’s Berry Farm Foods, Inc., which was recently acquired by one of the largest food companies in the world. In addition, Don has developed quality commercial and industrial real estate projects in the western United States. During his 30 years’ experience, he has developed $500 million worth of real estate. His company, DWO Enterprises, Inc., has located and developed twelve distribution buildings for the FedEx Corporation.
