Jonathan D Green

Jonathan D. Green was elected on January 28, 1997 to serve as a director. Mr. Green is president and Chief Executive Officer of Rockefeller Group International, Inc., a privately held corporation with interests in real estate ownership, management, and development, real estate services and telecommunications. He joined The Rockefeller Group in 1980 as Assistant Vice President and Real Estate Counsel. In 1983 he was appointed Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel and in 1990 was elected Chief Corporate Officer. On July 6, 1995 he was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Rockefeller Group Development Corporation (RGDC) and Rockefeller Center Management Corporation (RCMC), both subsidiaries of The Rockefeller Group. In October 2002 Mr. Green was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Rockefeller Group International, Inc. Mr. Green oversees the activities of the company's subsidiaries which include Rockefeller Group Development.
