Barney Ebsworth

Mr. Barney A. Ebsworth founded Windsor, Inc., in 1979 and serves as its Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Ebsworth founded INTRAV in 1959 and served as its Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. He founded Royal Cruise Line in 1972 and served as its Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer He also founded Clipper Cruise Line in 1981 and served as its Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. He serves as a Director of Global Voyages Group, LLC. He serves as a Director emritous of Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. He serves as Director of Intrav, Inc. He has been Director Emritues of Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. since 2006. He served as a Director of Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. from April 2000 to 2006 and served on an advisory board to Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc.'s predecessor entity. Mr. Ebsworth is a Trustee of the St. Louis Art Museum and the Seattle Art Museum, a Commissioner of The American Art Museum and Smithsonian Institute and a member of the Trustees Council and Co-Chairman of Collectors Committee of the National Gallery of Art, Washington D.C. Mr. Ebsworth has a bachelor's degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
