Jarl (Lee Masters) Mohn has been a Senior Advisor of MobiTV since June 2005. Mr. Mohn has been an Investor & Strategic Advisor of Glam Media Inc., since December 14, 2006. He serves as Special Advisor of Ideation Acquisition Corp. He served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of MobiTV from May 2007 to October 2007. He has a successful 19-year career in radio, where he was a Disc Jockey, programmer, General manager and Owner of a group of radio stations. He is a Private Investor with over 19 years experience in radio and manages and serves as President of Mohn Family Foundation, a philanthropic entity he and his wife created in 2000. He served as Founding President and Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Digital, Inc., a former subsidiary of Liberty Media Corp., from 1999 to March 29, 2002. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of E! Entertainment Television, from January 1990 to 1999, where he founded E! Online through a joint venture with CNET. From 1986 to 1989, he served as an Executive Vice President and General Manager of MTV and VH1. Mr. Mohn has been Chairman of CNET Networks Inc. since October 11, 2006 and has been its Director since December 11, 2003. He has been a Director of Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc. since July 1, 2008, Kickapps Corporation since July 2006; Rubicon Project since June 2006; MobiTV since June 2005 and XM Satellite Radio Inc. since May 2004. He has been a Director of comScore Inc., since June 2008. He serves as a Director of Vuze, Inc., MTVi Group Inc. and Pacific Community Ventures. He has been a Member of Advisory Board of Glam Media, Inc. since December 14, 2006. He serves as a Trustee of Southern California Public Radio. He has been a Trustee of the Mohn Family Trust since September 1991. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board of Cappello Capital Corp. He served as a Director of The E. W. Scripps Company (formerly, Scripps E W Co.), from May 2002 to July 1, 2008 and XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc. from May 2004 to July 2008. He served as a Director of LodgeNet Interactive Corporation (formerly, LodgeNet Entertainment Corp.) from 2002 to March 2005. He served as a Director of NewStar Media, Inc., Game Show Network, a privately held basic cable network, DMX Music, ARTISTdirect Inc. and Liberty Digital, Inc. Mr. Mohn attended Temple University, where he studied Mathematics and Philosophy.
