Sally Shan

Ms. Shan joins HarbourVest from JP Morgan Securities Asia Pacific, where she was Managing Director and Head of Asia Technology Investment Banking for the past six years. She has a strong combination of experience in the technology industry, equity and M&A deal execution, and private equity through her role at JP Morgan as well as earlier roles at Lehman Brothers (Global Technology Investment Banking in Silicon Valley and New York) and Asia Strategic Investment Corp in Beijing. Ms. Shan received a BS in Finance from Renmin University in Beijing in 1992 and an MBA from Yale University in 1997.
