Paul Singer

For over 20 years Paul Singer has worked with executives of government agencies and Fortune 100 companies around the globe to improve their operational performance and return shareholder value. As a leader within Pace Harmon’s BPO advisory team, Paul routinely leads networking and BPO sourcing negotiations that achieve millions of dollars in savings and significant process improvements for his clients. Paul is able to leverage his extensive management consulting, industry and operational experience to help clients define the right solution, create flexible contracting frameworks and negotiate lasting agreements for sustained profitability. Paul is committed to bringing a practical perspective to shaping and closing single and multi-tower transactions. Prior to Pace Harmon, Paul held senior positions at Capgemini, EDS, Booz Allen and Deloitte Consulting. Paul has an MS in telecommunications from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts from the College of William and Mary.
