Barbara A Green

Earned a Ph.D. in public administration from New York University and now teaches there as an adjunct assistant professor. Ms. Green, who grew up in Illinois, got her start in health care by arranging meetings for a medical trade association. She then worked on health legislative issues for Sen. Jacob K. Javits, and for the New York City Health and Hospital Corp.
