The Inner-City Scholarship Fund (ICSF) provides funding to lower income parents to send their children to Catholic School within the Archdiocese of New York. Its biggest donors are Stephen and Christine Schwarzman. "Founded in 1971, the fund supports 107 Catholic schools in Manhattan, the Bronx and Staten Island.
