The fund seeks to invest in established minority owned or minority managed companies. It prefers to invest in telecommunications, consumer goods, media, financial services, retailing, manufacturing, and information technology sectors. The fund seeks to invest between $5 million and $18 million in companies with revenues between $10 million and $100 million. It does not make its investments in start-ups.
