WorkBridge is a community based program for any youth between the ages of 10-21 involved with the Allegheny County Juvenile Court. WorkBridge provides referred youth the opportunity to obtain meaningful employment, complete court ordered community service, and/or pay court ordered restitution. The WorkBridge stipend program allows youth between the ages of 10-15 to participate in community service in exchange for a stipend which pays their restitution. The WorkBridge community service program links youth of any age with a community service site in their community in order for the youth to complete court ordered community service. The WorkBridge employment initiative provides youth age 16-21 job training workshops and assists with finding meaningful employment and career exploration.
