Cumberland County, PA A community based in-home treatment service for court-involved youth and their families, Non-Residential Treatment (NRT) works with both delinquent and dependent male and female youth, up to the age of 21 who are amenable to treatment and can be maintained safely in the community. The program is committed to strengthening overall structure and cohesion in the home, improving parent/child communication skills and teaching responsible decision making skills. Weekly individual and family sessions are supplemented with additional mentoring and/or case management services, to include job searching, community service, drug testing, and curfew monitoring. Dauphin County, PA A post-dispositional program offering targeted intervention to teach and reinforce pro-social skills and behaviors in post-dispositional male and female youth, NRT aims to reduce the risk of recidivism by training youth in essential social skills, while enhancing protective factors within the home and community. Weekly individual and group sessions incorporate behavioral strategies such as roleplaying, "skill practice", and homework and bi-monthly family sessions help parents reinforce these skills in the home.
