The Project involves the critical review of existing systems and processes that accomplish the “back office” operations of the City. These are those processes and systems that the City uses to manage its employees, contracting and procurements, and finances. The City Project Team (Judi Cassel, Richard Stewart, and Emily Aufschauer) will coordinate with internal stakeholders across City departments to take the outcomes of subject matter expert process meetings and translate them into plans for sustainable, interconnected systems with the goal of greater user self-service and City-wide efficiency. The Project Team is grateful for the support they have received from all levels of the City, and look forward to keeping the Department of Finance up to date with Project milestones.
