Haddington invests in entrepreneurial businesses with management teams who have the skills to create and grow world-class midstream projects and companies. These teams require strong leaders able to drive strategic company visions, create and manage highly capable organizations, and integrate strong operating capabilities. Haddington generally targets control-oriented investments and pursues transactions that require equity investments of $20-$70 million with an enterprise value of up to $250 million. With additional equity co-invested from Haddinton limited partners, Haddington will execute on projects up to $500 million in enterprise value under the right circumstances. But we provide more than just money. Our principals work closely with every portfolio company, providing the benefit of their direct operating experience and expertise in all aspects of midstream energy, including engineering, management, marketing, corporate finance, accounting and legal. As a result, two thirds of our portfolio is comprised of repeat management teams that have previously worked with Haddington. Since we began, our midstream energy and infrastructure development funds have demonstrated a proven track record of success. Among our domestic and international investors are pension plans, endowments, insurance companies and other investors seeking private investments in midstream energy companies.
