Andrew Rabinowitz

Co-president of R Baby Foundation, Andrew Rabinowitz is the chief operating officer and chief financial officer at Marathon Asset Management.He joined Marathon from Schulte Roth & Zabel, where he was a practicing lawyer in the corporate group specializing in hedge funds and asset management from 2000 to 2001. Previously, Mr. Rabinowitz was employed at Ernst and Young for seven years as a certified public accountant (CPA) focused on hedge funds and asset management and broker-dealers. He supervised and conducted audits and oversaw consulting engagements in the financial services industry. Mr. Rabinowitz holds his J.D. in Law from Fordham University School of Law and a B.B.A. in Accounting from Pace University, where he graduated magna cum laude. Mr. Rabinowitz is a CPA in the state of New York and is currently a member of the bar in New York and Washington, D.C.
