"Through his role as President of Keener Oil & Gas Company, Dewey F. Bartlett, Jr., continues the family tradition of working in the oil and gas business. After graduating in 1969 with a B.S. degree in Accounting from Regis College in Denver, he went on in 1971 to receive an MBA degree in Finance from SMU in Dallas. Dewey then worked in the oil fields for Halliburton Services and spent two years as a Landman for Beard Oil Company. Dewey joined Keener Oil Company (a prior Bartlett family business partnership) as a Landman and Co-Managing Partner in 1979. In 1987 Dewey became Managing Partner of Keener Oil Company. Keener Oil Company was dissolved in 1994, and in May of that same year Dewey formed Keener Oil & Gas Company, an Oklahoma corporation. "
