David Thomas Seaton

Fluor said David Seaton, who had been CEO since February 2011 and chairman since February 2012, stepped down on Wednesday May 1 2019 after 34 years with the company. Fluor didn’t give a reason for Mr. Seaton’s resignation but said he would remain through the transition and “assist management as requested.” Former CEO Alan Boekmann, a current director, would take the helm as executive chairman, Fluor said, while its chief legal officer, Carlos Hernandez, would serve as interim CEO until a successor is found.
