Steffen E Palko

Dr. Palko is co-founder of XTO Energy Inc., which became the largest producer of natural gas in the United States in 2009. He served as the company’s president (1986-2005) and was instrumental in the growth of the company which was sold to ExxonMobil in 2009 for an estimated $31 billion in stock. As a subsidiary of ExxonMobil, the company focuses on global development and production of unconventional resources. Dr. Palko earned his Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) from TCU, where he has served as Assistant Professor of Professional Practice, Educational Leadership since 2009.
