Matthew is the CEO of Shoes For Crews, LLC . He has worked for Shoes For Crews for over 20 years in various positions throughout the company. Shoes For Crews, LLC is the world’s leading manufacturer and direct-marketer of slip-resistant footwear, protecting 4 million working men and women from dangerous slip and fall accidents in the workplace. They provide footwear to more than 140,000 workplaces world-wide in the restaurant, hotel, supermarket, industrial and health care industries. With more than 500 employees worldwide, Shoes For Crews operates in the US, Europe, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and Asia. Matthew is active in numerous community efforts. Shoes For Crews has donated close to 100,000 pairs of footwear to people in need around the world, including victims of the Haitian Earthquakes, Florida Hurricanes, and famine in Africa. Matthew is on the Board of Directors of Oxbridge Academy, the Palm Beach Day Academy and the University of Michigan Political Science Dept. He is also a former Corporate Chairman and Honorary Chairman for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation’s Walk For the Cure. He is serving as chairman of The Friends of Recreation, raising funds to build the future Town of Palm Beach Recreation Center and is also the chairman of The Town-appointed Recreation Advisory Commission, which oversees the recreational facilities of the Town of Palm Beach. Matthew is a director of the Palm Beach Civic Association Matthew earned his BA degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan and a Graduate Diploma in Direct Marketing from New York University. He was also honored as a 2011 Ultimate CEO for Palm Beach by the South Florida Business Journal.
