William G Reed Jr

WILLIAM G. REED, JR. was chairman of Simpson Investment Company, a forest products holding company and the parent of Simpson Timber Company, from 1971 through June 1996. He served as chairman of the board of Safeco Corporation from January 2001 through December 2002 and as lead independent director from 2000 to 2004. He is a director of Safeco Corporation, The Seattle Times Company and Washington Mutual, Inc. He has served as a director of the Company since 1998.
