Greg Brenneman is Chairman, President and CEO of CCMP and a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining CCMP in October 2008, Mr. Brenneman served as CEO of Quiznos Sub from January 2007 until September 2008, President in 2007 and Executive Chairman from 2007 to 2010. Prior to joining Quiznos Sub, from 2004 to 2006, Mr. Brenneman was Chairman and CEO of Burger King. During Mr. Brenneman’s tenure at Burger King, he, along with a team of talented executives, led its turnaround where he oversaw a significant increase in profits with a wide array of lucrative new products, award-winning advertising and drastically improving customer service. Prior to Burger King, Mr. Brenneman was named President and CEO of PwC Consulting in June 2002, where he restructured the business which led to a strategic sale to industry leader IBM for approximately $3.5 billion, resulting in the creation of the largest IT services business in the world at that time. Prior to that, Mr. Brenneman served as President, COO and a member of the board of directors of Continental Airlines where he helped lead the airline as it completed a dramatic turnaround of its business. In 1994 Mr. Brenneman founded Turnworks, Inc. (“Turnworks”), his personal investment firm that focuses on corporate turnarounds. Prior to founding Turnworks, Mr. Brenneman was a Vice President for Bain & Company. Mr. Brenneman serves on the board of directors of Eco Services, Francesca’s Holding Corporation, Milacron, PQ Corporation, Volotea, Baker Hughes, Baylor College of Medicine and The Home Depot, Inc. Mr. Brenneman holds a B.B.A. in Accounting/Finance, summa cum laude, from Washburn University of Topeka, Kansas and an M.B.A. with distinction from Harvard Business School.
