Goods SUNY Polytechnic Institute entered into a $1.5 million contract with the Manhattan white-collar criminal-defense law firm Kelley Drye and Warren in the Bharara investigation, according to records filed with the state Comptroller’s Office.
Notes One of the people briefed on the matter said the institute had hired a criminal defense attorney. SUNY Poly signed a contract with a law firm, Kelley Drye & Warren, in mid-July, around the time the subpoenas were served. But a spokeswoman for the firm would not answer questions about it.
