| Notes | Pascal Levensohn is the Chief Executive Officer of Generation Strategic Advisors LLC (Generation) and the Managing Partner of Levensohn Venture Partners LLC (LVP). Generation and its predecessor affiliates have provided specialized strategic advisory solutions in the area of illiquid alternative investments to a select group of family investing organizations and institutions for over 16 years. LVP is a San Francisco-based early stage venture capital firm managing over $200 million in assets. A graduate of Harvard University with a degree in Government cum laude, Mr. Levensohn has been a professional equity investor since the early 1980s. Mr. Levensohn is a former director of the National Venture Capital Association (‘07-‘11), where he served as the chairman of the NVCA’s Education Committee for three years. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a former co-chairman of the Socrates Society Forum of the Aspen Institute (‘07-‘09). Mr. Levensohn is the co-author of the first Chinese college textbook on venture capital and the principal author of a series of white papers on U.S. venture capital board governance best practices. He is a frequent lecturer on venture capital in the U.S. and internationally and a regular contributor to national newspapers and trade publications in the venture capital industry. |
