orté Development has secured a $60 million construction loan for Forté Luxe, its luxury boutique waterfront community located at 12450 Crystal Cove Place in Jupiter, Florida. The financing, which closed July 29, will support continued vertical construction on the project, with completion anticipated in summer 2026.
The $60 million construction loan was provided by Kriss Capital and arranged by Michael Horowitz, Jordan Horowitz and David Horowitz of Cooper Horowitz on behalf of Forté Development.
Architecture is led by Alfonso Jurado. Interiors are by Interiors by Steven G., with KAST Construction serving as general contractor. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is the exclusive sales and marketing team. |
