Co counsel on King v. Whitmer (Certification)
Lawsuit seeking to decertify Michigan's presidential election results, declare Trump the winner, exclude certain absentee and mail-in ballots from tabulation, and direct Michigan's Presidential Electors to vote for Trump, among other demands for relief. The court denied the requested relief in its entirety. Defendants filed motions to dismiss the case and for sanctions against Plaintiffs and their lawyers. After responding to these serious motions, Plaintiffs voluntarily dismissed their case.
