Goods David and his wife, Beth, a Registered Nurse, were married in 1983 and have two children, Stephen and Rachel. Clients receive his personal attention and expertise in handling their legal concerns. His success and experience in winning cases at every level benefits every client he represents. He works tirelessly on their behalf to achieve the best results for his clients. He has been the primary attorney utilized by the Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA) to represent their members in Michigan. He has handled hundreds of home school cases and was the trial attorney in the DeJonge case, which resulted in a Michigan Supreme Court decision in favor of home educators teaching their children without excessive government regulation. As a testament to his belief in home education, he and his wife homeschooled their two children through high school graduation.
