The Business-Higher Education Forum (BEHF) will help academic institutions issue 1-6 credit certificates, and, at scale, new credential frameworks, models, and pathways across the state and region. To the extent possible, the academic credentials will be aligned to existing corporate credentials (e.g. IBM digital badges). Given that the companies participating in the pilot will have reviewed and approved the KSAs for the Digital Generalist Credential developed by BHEF in other regions, the expectation is that they will recognize the credentials developed through the pilot. This collaboration will build recruitment and hiring links for credential completers within CSCC and with employer-partners. |
