| Notes | Early years and education Huang was born in the coastal city of Tainan, Taiwan. His family immigrated to the United States and moved to Oneida, Kentucky, and then to Oregon. He graduated from Aloha High School, outside Portland.[4] Huang received his undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from Oregon State University in 1984, and his master's degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University in 1992.[5] |
