World Economic Forum Infrastructure 4.0 and World Economic Forum have/had a hierarchical relationship

Notes Infrastructure 4.0 is an initiative of the World Economic Forum supported by the Global Infrastructure Hub (GI Hub), a G20 organization focused on driving an ambitious agenda on sustainable, resilient and inclusive infrastructure. Building on the work of the Forum’s Global Future Council on Infrastructure’s report Transforming Infrastructure: Frameworks for Bringing the Fourth Industrial Revolution to Infrastructure and the GI Hub’s ongoing efforts to support the G20 Riyadh InfraTech Agenda, Infrastructure 4.0 seeks to improve the adoption of emerging technologies across infrastructure lifecycle stages. It will do this by collecting best practice case examples of the adoption of infrastructure technologies, and by creating a global community that will take deeper dives on the specific issues preventing technology adoption. The case studies will be housed on the GI Hub’s interactive public database and regularly presented to G20 member countries. The global community will work together to address specific issues and produce guidelines.
