Mayor Michael Nutter appointed Bill to serve as the Founding Chair of the Philadelphia Food Access Collaborative. The Food Access Collaborative is designed to help individuals and providers navigate the vast landscape of emergency food assistance in Philadelphia to maximize effectiveness. The PFAC is a collaboration among emergency food providers, social services and behavioral health organizations, community members, city government, emergency meal guests and philanthropic organizations working to combat hunger. |
